For awhile now, people have been saying that Chelsea and Joe Jonas were dating after the paparazzi spotted them shopping together. Chelsea rececntly was in the Popstar magazine. No they are NOT dating. They are just friends and co stars for J.O.N.A.S. Justs remember they are JUST friends!!
